Store your jewelry separately in soft pouches or in a soft lined jewelry box. Do not allow the pieces to touch each other to prevent scratching. 

You should have your jewelry professionally inspected at least once a year to be sure your stones are not loose.

Most rings can be resized, except for enamel rings if enamel has already been filled and eternity bands featuring a repeat stone design. Our signature cuff rings may be adjusted up or down by half a size.

Yes, all applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Packages are insured and a signature is required upon receipt.

We ship custom orders within 4-6 weeks of receipt using FedEx two-day air for domestic orders.

Yes, all orders come with a tracking number which will be emailed at time of shipping.

Our jewelry is shipped in Saint Ann Packaging and can be gift wrapped for a special occasion.

Due to the high value of our products, a signature is required for all deliveries. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or to addresses where an eligible recipient is not available to sign for the package.

We unfortunately cannot redirect orders once the items are sent out for shipping.

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a one-year warranty beginning on the date you receive your order. This warranty exclusively covers craftsmanship-related issues and does not extend to normal daily wear and tear, lost items, tarnishing or fading of metals or gemstones, or damage caused by excessive wear and improper care—including exposure to water, harsh chemicals, excessive force, or any modifications made by a third party. If you need a repair beyond the one year warranty we can repair the piece for an additional fee.

Unworn inventory items may be exchanged in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Please note, custom orders are final sale and cannot be refunded. Any order that was modified such as sizing or engraving is considered a custom order.

No, Customized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
