ORDERS

Most Saint Ann Jewelry orders are handmade to order in Los Angeles.  Once you place your order someone from our sales team will reach out to you within 1-2 business days with order confirmation and tracking number. All orders go into production when paid in full by the customer and take approximately 3-4 weeks for delivery.  Any in-stock orders will be shipped in 1-2 business days. Please note that once custom orders go into production, we are not able to modify or cancel them. We also offer rush orders for an additional fee.  Please email us to inquire about the status of your purchase or any additional questions that you might have at sales@Saintannjewelry.com and we will provide you with the status of your order.  


SHIPPING

DOMESTIC

Saint Ann Jewelry offers complimentary ground shipping within the United States on all orders over $1000.00 (excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Guam). We will ship 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air upon request. These express shipments are subject to additional charges. In some cases, 2-Day and Next Day will not be available.  Please note that we DO NOT ship to P.O. boxes or AP/FPO addresses.
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is en route you will receive a tracking number along with order updates. All packages are insured and a signature is required upon receipt. All our shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once the package is delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable. Each piece of Saint Ann Jewelry goes through inspection for quality control before sending. Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. Should you receive an item you believe to be damaged send us an email to sales@Saintannjewelry.com

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide utilizing a few different carriers, international rates apply to all orders. All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do not take responsibility for any delays or other issues that may occur. A signature is always required upon receipt.
Messenger
Same day delivery in Los Angeles for any in stock orders is available Mon-Fri 9am-4:30 PT. Orders placed after 4:30 will be delivered the following business day. A signature is required at time of delivery.

SALES TAX

All packages shipped in the state of California will be charged the sales tax percentage for the county of the shipping address.
Saint Ann Jewelry reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms or as otherwise determined by Saint Ann Jewelry. The customer is responsible for any sales, use, duty, or other governmental taxes or fees (“Taxes”) due with respect to your purchase of items through the Site. We will collect applicable Taxes if we determine we have a duty to collect such Taxes. We will present an estimate of Taxes to be collected at checkout, except where we have clearly stated in writing that a price includes Taxes. The actual taxes charged may be adjusted from the amount shown at checkout. Several factors may cause this adjustment, such as variances between processor programs and changes in rates of Taxes. 

DEPOSIT POLICY

The deposit to secure and initiate any made-to-order products is non-refundable under any circumstances. The deposit represents a commitment from both parties and covers time, resources, and design work undertaken by Saint Ann Jewelry from the moment the project begins (including design consultations, correspondence, sourcing, and production planning).
Should the client decide not to proceed with the order the deposit will be retained by Saint Ann as compensation for work performed and opportunity costs incurred. At the sole discretion of Saint Ann, the deposit may be applied as store credit toward other purchases.
