Return and Repairs

REPAIR WARRANTY

Saint Ann Jewelry will repair your fine jewelry purchases within one year of purchase at no additional cost to you. However, we reserve the right to determine normal wear and usage which may require an additional fee. Beyond the warranty date we offer repair for an additional charge.
 

RETURN AND EXCHANGES

DOMESTIC EXCHANGE
 
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, if for any reason you are not satisfied we accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for any in-stock orders. All items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Any products exceeding the 14 day exchange policy from your receipt will not be eligible for return or exchange at our discretion. 
Please contact sales@saintannjewelry.com with your notification as to which item you are exchanging before shipping it back to us.
Please note that any customized products are final sale. Anything needing to be resized is considered customized. All of our customized products purchased will be final sale.
Customers will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with exchanged products or customized pieces. Please consider insuring your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. Saint Ann Jewelry is not responsible for items that do not arrive back to us. The package must be returned with an insured trackable shipping method.
Shipping, delivery, and assembly charges are non-refundable. Please note that returns usually take 5 to 7 business days.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE

All international returns will be eligible for exchange or site credit. The package must be returned via insured and trackable shipping method and the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the returns including insurance of the package.

FINAL SALE

All Custom orders and sale merchandise are final sale. We will not accept returns, or order cancellations on custom or sale merchandise. Saint Ann Design purchased at independent boutiques and department stores must be returned to the location where purchased. Please contact the individual boutique or store for their return policy.
 
PAYMENTS

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal. We do not accept cash, checks or money orders. Full payment is due before any order is processed and produced. By providing a credit card or other payment method accepted by us, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order (including any applicable Taxes and other charges). If the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled. You must resolve any problem we encounter in order to proceed with your order. In the event you would like to change or update payment information associated with your account on the site, you can do so at any time by logging into your account and editing your payment information. If any of the items in your order are unavailable you will be informed.
